Our unit pricing is published in the service catalog, but a unit price is not a budget. The pro-forma models below show you what our invoice will look like.

Our catalog allows you to mix and match services as needed. However, for most organizations, a single mandate is sufficient: the Full Concierge Single-Cloud, Microsoft environment. For more specialized needs, explore the full service catalog or build your scope in the wizard.

As you review the pro-forma below:

  • Economies of scale: Not every seat costs the same. As your estate grows, your average cost per user falls.
  • Year one versus steady state: Year one carries the one-time foundation work and device hardening. Year two onward is the mandate alone.
  • Baseline: Engaging our firm requires at least 10 Full Concierge persona mandates, one per seat.

How the tiers work

We apply Scaled Stewardship Credits to every progressive tier of your estate, so each band of seats is priced below the one before it. The credit applies to the seats inside that band, not retroactively to the whole count, which is why the blended rate falls gradually rather than in steps.
